The simple version.

What this website does.

The landing website serves static pages, local images, and small scripts for navigation, theme selection, and the storage calculator. Calculator inputs stay in your browser. A light/dark preference is saved in browser local storage and is not sent to a server or used for tracking. The site does not create user accounts or collect email addresses.

Hosting still involves a server.

The hosting provider receives ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address and browser information. Its logging and access controls are governed by the provider. A private ChatGPT-hosted version may require provider sign-in.

Links take you elsewhere.

GitHub, Buy Me a Coffee, Raspberry Pi, Tesla, and other linked sites have their own privacy practices. External services are not embedded or loaded until you follow a link.

Ads and affiliate links.

No ad network or affiliate tracking is enabled. Before introducing these services, update this page and any applicable consent controls. Disclose paid links clearly.

The device is separate.

Glovebox backs footage up to your configured NAS or cloud destination. The device interface has no login and should be used only on a trusted network. This site does not receive recordings or device credentials.
